Best Ever Brownies

From Cooks Illustrated

1 1/4 c. cake flour
1/2 t. salt
3/4 t. baking powder
6 oz unsweetened chocolate
12 T unsalted butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 T. vanilla

Preheat 325
Whisk dry ingredients together and set aside. Melt chocolate and butter together, whisk in sugar, whisk in eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Fold in flour mixture in 3 parts. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool 2 hours.
